Experience
Mr. Starck has been in the architecture/construction industry for nearly four decades. He has successfully managed William Starck Architects, Inc. since its inception in 1977. His project experience spans the spectrum of building types including: municipal buildings, public safety facilities, educational facilities, hospitals, industrial/manufacturing facilities, fallout shelters, multi/family apartments and condominiums, office buildings, public transit terminals, churches and retail outlets. Mr. Starck also has an extensive background in providing managerial services during the construction phase of projects, vast knowledge of applicable federal, state and local building regulations and has provided expert testimony. Currently, William Starck Architects, Inc. maintains a full time staff of 18 professionals.

Jeff Kern

Experience
Mr. Kern is currently the project manager for numerous projects within the firm, none greater than a nationally recognized pharmaceutical/retail chain. He is involved with the coordination and development of commercial and retail projects which include major expansions and renovations, exterior remodels of commercial property and new project growth. Mr. Kern's responsibilities also include the accounting functions for the firm including; payroll, accounts payable and receivable and the preparation of construction budgets. His prior experience in the construction finance field consists of holding an Accounting Manager position for a general contractor with billings of $75+ million/year.

Dennis V. Raposo

Experience
Mr. Raposo began his career with William Starck Architects, Inc. in 1998 and was elevated to Associate in 2005. His responsibilities include preparing initial project proposals and an opinion of probable construction costs to leading his staff of designers and draftsmen from the conceptual and design development stages of a project to final construction documents. During the construction phase, Mr. Raposo is responsible for the day-to-day progression of the project and is in constant contact with his clients. His high client satisfaction is the result of Mr. Raposo's methodical and careful development of each project that he is accountable for.

Rodney Jacques
Registered Architect LEED Accredited Professional
Experience
Mr. Jacques is a Registered Architect with ten years of experience in program development, planning and designing custom high-end residential projects, golf course communities, resort facilities and high density projects such as townhome and condominium type developments throughout South Florida and the Caribbean. In 2008 he re-joined William Starck Architects, Inc. after 15 years. Mr. Jacques's most recent endeavors of commercial/retail architecture in concert with his heightened awareness for renewable energy and sustainable architecture has proven to be professionally challenging yet rewarding. Currently, he is involved in identifying green building design, construction and maintenance solutions for various projects.
