Getting Started

My choice of career originally was psychology; however, I have worked in various fields. I was owner and operator of my own business providing secretarial help to companies in need of temporary workers and the preparation and instruction of people looking for employment by helping them with their resumes and job interview protocol. I was a court transcriptionist at the same time I ran my own business.

In 1980, I filled in for my husband’s secretary at William Starck Architects because she had injured herself. I thought it was temporary, however I loved the architectural business and the people who work here and the dedication this company gives its clients. So, thirty-six years and counting later, I am proud to say I am still working here.


Outside of work, family is my passion. I am a grandmother of nine. I love spending time with my grandchildren and attending their many activities. I love to travel and I am grateful for the wonderful life my husband and I get to share as far as work and personal time allows us.
