In 2008, William Starck purchased one of the premier office buildings in Fall River's North End. Situated among stone textile mills that recall the gilded age of the city when it was one of the leading textile manufacturing centers in the United States, the former fabric design studio was transformed into the new offices of William Starck Architects, Inc. The $1 million, 16,000 square foot renovation was completed within 6 months and includes: a main conference / multi‐purpose room accommodating up to 50 people and having been host to a variety of private and community functions, a secondary conference room, a materials library, direct exterior views for private offices and north‐facing windows for 75% of all workstations, and an outdoor deck.
